Here's how:

Click on the "igoogle calender" button located on the bottom right of the calendar. Since this is a service directly from Google, they will ask you to log in. There is no special password, for it is based on individual sign up. Once signed in, all you have to do is follow the directions and make sure you allow everyone to see it by clicking "public."
