Currently SELR is in the midst of a decentralization effort that will create a number of "foster centers" - hopefully one or more in each state where we are currently represented. While in some respects this decentralization will help tremendously, it will undoubtedly give rise to additional herd maintenance needs because we cannot share equipment and supplies in most cases.
